YOUR HOLIDAY PORTRAIT SESSION TIME SLOT
Please arrive on time for your appointment if possible 15 mins prior. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 07846544407. Please be aware that time available for your photo shoot will be forfeited if you arrive late. If you miss your session altogether you will forfeit the session and the session fee will be automatically donated to our charity of choice.
Because the session slots are in time slots, we have no flexibility for cancellations. Please bare this in mind when booking as refunds are non negotiable. Unfortunately time slots are unavailable to be purchased as a gift as the person attending must agree to the terms and conditions and provide information on those attending. Please note, due to the studio location disabled access is limited, please contact us directly if you require assistance.
Full payment for products is required at the time of ordering. The order will be processed once the payment is received. You may complete the payment via secure online link. It will take up to 7 days after the session to receive the images. Images will be watermarked in the viewing gallery. Watermarks will be removed when you select your 5 images or additional purchases. You will have 7 days to place orders, the cut off date for digital orders is 18th December 2018.
CUSTOMER ONLINE ALBUMS
Our customer online albums are for viewing only; images are not to be saved, used or published without our prior consent and is classified as a breach of copyright and we reserve the right to remove your photographs from view.Password Protected Customer Albums are available online for 30 days, all orders be placed before 18th December 2018. After this time the album goes ‘offline’ and is no longer available to view or purchase from. If an online album is requested to be put back online, this is done at the photographer’s discretion and can be refused.Customer Albums that have exceeded the duration of their ‘online status’ have gone ‘offline’ and have not used their ‘credit’, ‘code’ or ‘included’ products will lose their print credit, discount code or included package items.We are not responsible for other parties viewing client albums and images who obtain passwords from any third party. We will not hand out login, password or booking information to anyone besides the client or any approved persons by this client.
RETOUCHING OF IMAGES
We will normally perform basic image editing such as adjusting exposure, saturation, brightness, contrast, sharpness, changing the size and shape of the image, etc.Should you require extra retouching of your images, it may be subject to an additional charge.
OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES
All images taken by our photographers remain the copyright of Tentwentyone and as such reproduction of photographs by scanning, photographing or other methods of copying are illegal. Where reproduction of images has taken place and settlement has not been made, the photographer will make such charges to the publisher of those images as falls within the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Should you purchase a high resolution digital image from us, then we will grant you re-production rights for your own use.
We may wish to display your images in our studio, website, Facebook page and use them for promotional material, such as leaflets, signs and adverts. However, we will always ask your permission before doing so.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
New European legislation from the end of May 2018 is designed to give everyone more understanding and control of their personal data.Here is an explanation of how we at Tentwentyone collect data and manage it as part of the business: what we keep, what we share and what we don’t.In brief, as part of our business we collect customer data in four ways: Through online advertising campaigns including social media Through our website Through an email newsletter sign-up Via telephone or face-to-face enquiries We collect and keep your name, address, email address and phone number so we can contact you with regard to your booking or orders. Your data is securely stored on our premises on password protected devices.
We keep a record of payment for seven years as is required under tax law, but we do not keep or store your credit or debit card details. All card payments are managed through our third party processors: PayPal or Stripe.
We do not and never have sold, traded or given away customer details to third parties, and we never will.
Tentwentyone has social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. As part of our business we sometimes use targeted advertising and ‘promoted posts’ to direct promotional content at the friends and fans of the facebook page. An individual’s privacy controls and opt-ins for this are all managed through their own individual social media accounts.
We use anonymous cookies – small bits of tracking data – across all our websites to allow Google Analytics and the websites to function correctly. Users can refuse to accept cookies and can control them through their web browser.
Under the law you can ask to see the data we hold on you any time, for free. Please contact us with your full name, address and your email address and we will send you the data within 30 days.
We are committed to respecting and protecting our users’ and subscribers’ data. If you feel your data has been compromised at all, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers that purchase digital images, we cannot guarantee print quality from your own supplier. We can recommend companies to print with just ask.
The Client will indemnify Tentwentyone against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses as a result of use of images or images modified by the Client for which no permission was granted. If no release exists in writing then no release or permission exists.The Client indemnifies Tentwentyone against all claims, liability, damages and expenses incurred in connection with any third party claim arising out of the use of such material. The liability for any claim is limited to the total invoice amount.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
Tentwentyone is fully insured for public liability. Tentwentyone takes every reasonable effort to ensure the studio premises and equipment is deemed as suitable and safe for all users at all times. The Client is fully responsible for their own action, and responsible for the children they are in the accompany of, and any damages or breakages to the property that incur as a result of the Clients action shall be the responsibility of the Client to pay or rectify as agreed with Tentwentyone. Photographic sessions can involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk. The studio has a hard floor and all children participate at their own risk, parents are responsible for their children at all times.We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to any personal belongings in or outside the studio premises.We request that all clients advise of any special or medical requirements, including sensitivity to flashing lights, prior to the photo shoot booking.
IMAGE RETENTION, ARCHIVE AND DESTRUCTION
The original digital files will be retained for a period of 6 months from the date of the sitting, they are then securely destroyed.
